Cyber-dynamics’ Advanced Revenue Collection System (ARCS) was originally designed for local governments, but it is an excellent system wherever end-users (eg, taxpayers, citizens, members, clients, etc) are charged fees at a flat rate, a percentage rate, or in some other relationship to the level of services used.

Fully customizable, the system is based on a highly scalable client-server architecture with an open SQL database. Workstations are Windows-based for rapid user acceptance, while intelligent forms, online help and workflow illustrations reduce training needs and minimize the scope for error.

User administration is simple, with levels of authority determining what a user can see and do. Full audit trails and reporting track system activity.

ARCS supports workflow between departments, which is important when multiple approvals are required. The core stores details of individuals, assets, usage, payment rates and charges, due dates, etc.

The system automatically generates personalized billing, reminders, notices, instructions, receipts, permits and other documentation. This reduces form printing costs, storage and other overheads and enhances efficiency dramatically.

Reporting is integrated with Microsoft Office and compatible applications for user convenience. XML output is available. Significantly, ARCS provides excellent management information, which ensures a speedy return on investment (ROI).
