Advanced Email Management
Cyber-dynamics has a number of interesting off-the-shelf tools to help you manage and use email more effectively. Examples
include the following:
- Cyber | Webmail. ISP’s use this fully-customizable web server-side module to provide Hotmail-style
email on their websites, and even if you are not an ISP you can use it to enable webmail on your own websites. With
full user management, it queries POP email accounts to provide a full listing of received email, displays plain or rich
text emails, enables mail forwarding, etc and full online email composition, and provides SMTP for sending email
and attachments. We can, of course, provide HTTP, POP and SMTP servers for a full service.
- Cyber | Listmailer SE. This is the ultimate tool for keeping in touch with your customers and
prospects. SE is the Server Edition for use from anywhere, on demand (we have a desktop version scheduled for release
later this year). Listmailer helps you maintain mailing lists and boilerplate text and distribute personalized
correspondence on demand. It provides full
control over permissions (so you can specify who can view, edit, add, queue, or release mailings).
- Cyber | Listmailer. This desktop-based version of our ultimate tool for keeping in touch with your customers and
prospects is scheduled for release later this year. It helps you maintain mailing lists and boilerplate text and distribute
personalized correspondence on demand. It provides full control over permissions (so you can specify who can view,
edit, add, queue, or release mailings).
- Cyber | SecureMail. Our encryption modules provide the highest level of security if you need to send
comercially secret or confidential emails, and our built-in verification tool will automatically confirm whether or not
the email has been tampered with en-route. We have general modules for secure corporate and personal correspondence, and a
server-to-user module for getting confidential information from a secure server to user (such as for instant notification
of credit card orders).
- Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus. Too much time is wasted dealing with unwanted spam email and virus infected emails.
